Two for the price of One 1 Aug 2011

I purchased this Wall Chart to take with me when teaching my Level 2 Food Safety Courses, I personally like to be able to show candidates some of the products that are on the market. I was pleased with the chart and more than happy to find it actually had the coded colours on the other side in other languages as well. Bonus, as this also demonstrated that the colour coding can be different from one country to another, therefore a warning to managers to ensure the induction process is clear when hiring staff from abroad.

Very happy with both its layout and durability as it is transported from one venue to another and after 6 months is still looking as good as new.

This was somewhat smaller than we need; however, does the job. Not sure I would buy it again as a larger and clearer version would be better suited to a catering kitchen.
