can sky tv programmes be recorded

Make sure that your scart leads are connected as per diagram in your SKY Book , set your recorder to -- Channel AV2 . You should then be able to record all SKY Channels. Best Wishes Ken.

This only has a Freeview receiver so it doesn't get Sky itself, but you should be able to connect a separate Sky box and record from there.

Yes they can, but check with Toshiba Helpline 0844 856 0730 to made sure. You would obviously need a sky box, its connections are all in the manual.

If you have the right connections yes. TV Arial plugs into recorder and recorder plugs into sky box but bear in mind I have old sky box not sky plus.which I am thinking about switching to...

I don't have Sky but I live in the Algarve and receive television via satellite disc and a Sky box and have had no problem recording British TV and Freeviews. I presume that, as the recorder is linked up to the TV, and the programmes go through the recorder to the screen, you should have no problem. I hope that this makes sense to you.
