I thought this would be a very chic-sporty case to hang from my belt loops via the included caribiner. The case LOOKS exactly as depicted. However, it is not made of the neoprene or nice cloth I was expecting from using prior Bugatti cases. This case is made of a somewhat cheap-feeling polyester. Still, it does the job.
The zippered pocket at the back is smaller than I expected, barely big enough to cram a credit card into it. Still, it does the job.
The caribiner, on the other hand, is lightweight and cheap. Lightweight is good for hanging something from your belt loops, but cheap isn't. It has broken after only three weeks of daily use. I open the clasp twice a day: once to add my mobile to my outfit and at the end of the day again to take it off. I don't find that excessive.
I knew the clasp had got a bit loose (it didn't close with a tight snap any more), so I knew to be careful with it while getting dressed and undressed each day. Last week when I was out and about I checked the time on my phone, put it back in the case, and then let it drop to hang from my belt loops as I always do (which is why I bought this version in the first place). Somehow that small action actually opened the caribiner and, without my noticing, let the case drop to the ground. Not the caribiner, just the phone.
To make a horrifying story short, a very nice person found the phone lying on the sidewalk and gave it to a nearby shopkeeper, who had it waiting for me when I ended my desperate search for it an hour later.
The verdict: great concept, really cute design, limited extra space, cheap materials, don't trust your phone solely to this set-up for security.
