Is it still under guarantee? If so, read the instructions and make contact. If not, perhaps you should contact the suppliers, or Magimix customer service direct for advice. Good luck.

Contact nespresso directly to arrange replacement

You'll need proof of purchase. (If it's from amazon just get the order details from 'your orders')

If your item is less that 12 months old then simply return it to the manufacturer.

Ring the tel number in the booklet that came with the machine and they'll explain what to do. My milk warmer broke and they sorted it out promptly and free of charge (and I live in Channel Islands which is normally a problem returning items etc). Good luck :)
