I contacted Amazon's customer services about this very issue last night. Promptly they came back to me and told me they don't know yet and won't do until the manufacturer/distributor makes their offers.

So it's a wait and see situation at present, although I assume it'll be decided fairly soon as it's not *too* long to go until release.

Couple of places in the UK are doing preorders for the Vault Hunter's Edition, but still nothing for the Loot Box. It's so irritating. I saw on HUKD that apparently some retailer has an exclusive on the Loot Box edition, but that was from a forum member who said they'd asked customer services at (I think) ShopTo. I swear to Robert Downey Jr it had better not be GAME getting an exclusive.

I agree game sucks if it was Gamestation it wouldn't b that bad I'm still waiting to hear back frm them about it but will defo get it there's a lot of demand for the box alone so after a few week it'll be goin to eBay not the game just the box lol

Could be along wait as Game are the only ones selling the loot edition in the UK.

Lomax, I wouldn't assume Amazon UK would be getting it just because Amazon US are. They might, but one country getting it doesn't mean others will follow suit.
