THIS DOES WORK! I have lost 5 and a half stone and i am fitter than ever, and i am finally able to run round after my 4 children! this HAS changed my life.
It took maybe 3 days to get into my system but then the change was amazing, no more eating for the sake of it, I actually threw half my Sunday dinner away! I have never done this in my life, my kids and partner were open mouthed! I lost 4 lb in the first week! Trust me i have tried everything, I used trim secrets for 4 months and i just stayed the same weight but was able to eat what i wanted so it didnt curb my appetite. If you have NO will power and eat for eating sake rather than nutritional need then this is the pill for you! I have gone from a size 20 to a 12 in 9 months. Good luck all you dieters I hope this works for you like it did for me. X

I have been using these for about a month now after previously using a much more expensive brand.
I do think these pills work, unless it's all in the head - and even if it is, so what. They won't increase your speed of losing weight but they do stop you feeling hungry between meals and you feel less like over eating at actual meal times too. When you first start taking them it'll be about 4 or 5 days before they really kick in, that was my experience at least. They are definitely as effective as the previous brand I used a few months ago - which were in the region of £45 for 6 weeks worth. You need to take 3 of these a day so a bottle of 60 will obviously last you 20 days - and including postage the tables are about a tenner so you're talking about £20 for 6 weeks supply which I find good value for money. I have been using these in combination with starting weight watchers again and I find them very helpful in allowing me to easily stick to my points and am quite happily losing at least 2 pounds a week - slow and steady but quite maintainable. As with buying any medicines on the internet you should ensure that the bottle comes factory sealed (plastic covering over the bottle and a safety tab under the lid).

Made from natural ingredients, i felt safe taking these pills but wasnt convinced if they were actually going to work. i took the suggested dose, one tablet 30 minutes before eating every meal, and if you eat slowly, you can feel yourself getting full. i found i couldnt finish some large meals, and felt less like snacking. i used to eat so much and not really think about it, these pills have definatly stopped me from eating more than i need to. They take a while to start working, but i have lost a little bit of weight.
