Bad scooter AVOID at all Cost!!!,

What a shame. When this scooter arrived it had lots of paint chips (approx 12). £50 delivered this was alot to pay. The company were fair and offered £15 refund or exchange. As they are in Germany I decided to take the part refund and touch it up myself. When it came to use the scooter the back wheel is so tight and close to the frame it was jamming up. The wheel kept shifting over as the axle was too big. I contacted the company again and yet again they were very fair. (I provided photo and video evidence on both occasions) They offered a complete change of scooter minus refund already given, or further £15 refund if I was to get it adjusted myself at a bike shop etc. I went for the latter. At a scooter shop it took two men 30 mins and adding extra piece and turning wheel over to get a satisfactory result. It still catches a little but they've said with wear it will get easier. Overall very disappointing. I would avoid this scooter and go for something else!
