Love this book. I love Bavarian cooking... I am from Germany. I grew up on this food. It is what I remember. When I go to visit my family in Germany the food is just like this in the book. I was happy to find the cookbook on Amazon. I bought the cookbook in Muchen so Now I have one for my children I bought on Amazon. Thank You, Darlene
