I ordered 6 Hi ball tumblers from Rinkit Ltd, via Amazon, but was disappointed when they arrived, as I guess I misunderstood the size and they were much smaller than I expected.

I wrote feedback, when prompted by Amazon, and stated that this had happened but, as I supposed it was my failure to adequately check the size indicated, expected nothing.

To my amazement,Rinkit contacted me by phone and email asking what they could do to help. They offered a 50% refund but, when I asked if they had the bigger glass that I thought that I had ordered, they sent me 6 of them at no extra charge!

I have not encountered such fast and generous customer service and I recommend the company unreservedly to anyone.

One of these was smashed upon receipt, but that was a problem with transit, not the quality of the glass
