1. Trade-in at least £15 worth of Books via the Amazon.co.uk Trade-In Programme (the “Programme”) between 00:00 GMT on December 26, 2012 and 23:59 GMT on January 31, 2013 (the "Offer Period”) and, in addition to (a) Gift Card(s) for the value of your accepted products, you will receive a £5 Promotional Gift Card to use the next time you spend £10 or more via Amazon.co.uk (the "Offer"), subject to a maximum of one Offer per customer.

2. You must submit for trade-in at least £15 worth of eligible Books within the Offer Period and must post your used products within seven days of submission, as per the Programme Terms and Conditions. If you subsequently cancel a trade-in, that cancelled trade-in will not qualify for the Offer.

3. Eligible Books that you submit for trade-in must be accepted in accordance with the Eligibility Criteria. Any product rejected in accordance with the Eligibility Criteria will not qualify for the Offer.

4. The Offer may be withdrawn or amended without notice by Amazon.co.uk. The Offer has no cash alternative.

5. As per the Programme Terms and Conditions, a Gift Card for the value of your accepted products will be deposited in your Amazon.co.uk account upon acceptance. The £5 Promotional Gift Card will be sent separately by e-mail within five business days of the date on which your products are accepted.

6. The Promotional Gift Card may be used when you spend at least £10 in a single transaction on one or more items sold by Amazon.co.uk. The Promotional Gift Card is valid until January 31, 2014. The redemption of the Promotional Gift Card is subject to Terms and Conditions
