Inks lasted really well. No problems. Last set replaced April and still printing out great. Including photos.

Hi, yes you pull the yellow tape off but don't do as my husband did and pull the clear film off the round hole on the opposite side. He had to throw now away when he did that. Otherwise they work perfectly well.

I haven't a clue I use them for a sx525WD. Work a treat with that. Check to see which official cartridges the 425 uses and then check if the same are used in the 525. If they are the same then the answer will be Yes.

Yes, but like most the black is slightly on the grey side. Certainly not as dark as the Epson (at astronomical prices).

They work find for your everyday stuff, and last a long time (bought mine yonks ago have JUST changed the black).
They will (like most of these alternatives) sometimes say 'not recognised'. Lift it out slightly, give it a tap or two, usually solves the problem.
I'm afraid you pay for what you get, but certainly worth it. see less
