open the lock the turn it as far round as you can push it down then put your code in then lift up turn it back and it should work on your code

There is a ZB30 3 dial combination lock, but it has a 4mm shackle diameter.

Haven't put it to the test yet. It's intended use is on a boat, but I don't know of a "waterproof" lock. Keep it well lubricated with oil/WD40.
