You can connect this monitor to the xbox one and yes it will be smooth due to the fast response time and low input lag.
However this monitor is 120Hz over DisplayPort or DVI (dual link) and the xbox only has a HDMI ouput that does not support 120Hz.

However this monitor is 120Hz over DisplayPort or DVI (dual link) and the xbox only has a HDMI ouput that does not support 120Hz.
It might be better for you to save a bit of money and getting an equally good monitor with low response rate and input lag that is 60Hz.
This is primarily a PC gaming monitor and the 120Hz (which makes it more expensive) will be wasted if just using it on the xbox. see less

It is Nvidia 3D vision 2 ready but does not have the built in emitter like the BenQ XL2420TX version does. To get 3D vision to work you will need to buy the full 3D vision set not just the glasses.
