Yes, it produces normal muffin sizes, the holes are quite deep, so if you fill it up with dough just under the brim it produces even very large ones. They came out perfectly every time and worked a treat.

This is an excellent muffin pan 3cm deep. The muffins came out over the top and made such great cakes for a party. About 4cm in total then added huge swirls of cream

Yes you can I wouldn't use them for jam tarts but for mince pies deep filled these are ideal. Hope this helps. Good luck.
