This unit is suitable for use in sheds and other outbuildings but any such unit must be used within an enclosed area otherwise it will not function. The unit is not waterproof but if sheds have leaks the unit works from inside an open top plastic container with the top of the unit pointing outwards.

I took up a floorboard and placed it in the cavity underneath. Unfortunately, it didn't make the slightest difference, the visitations continued. After a while i had to get Rentokil in and pay a fortune to get more floorboards up and solid proofing carried out. I hope this helps

I don't know - you will have to check with the manufacturer. However, bats are protected and you should check this out before attempting to remove them from premises. It may be illegal to use this device for bats.
