Can't comment on your area, but Gold where I am is one of the most stable signals of all the stations. The only real way to get a good answer is ask one of your neighbours as a lot of things can affect the signal.

Hi Katherine. No it external ariel socket that I can see but it has a USB port on the back Aux & a line out socket. I find that the extending ariel works very well and there is no break in the signal. just put the Radio in a good area and all should work fine! Have fun and good luck!

You can by connecting the headphone output to the 3.5mm input. Please be aware the sound output is very bassy and although I initially though the unit was good I would not recommend it from that perspective.

Height: 6.5" (165mm) Depth: 4" (100mm) Width: 9.5" (240mm) Those dimensions are for the main body, the knobs at the front project about 7mm and the aerial projects a little from the back (unextended it cips onto the back horizontally. Hope that helps!

Hi Casd, I am in the happy position not to need an alarm, but I would think that the alarm settings will remain unchanged, due to the fact that the stored stations are also unaffected. Hope this helps.

Hi Jimbo, when the radio is off the display is set for time and day,eg, 22-30..TUE. When you turn it on it displays your selected stations name for ten seconds then defaults to the time/day settings again automatically. Hope this helps.

Do you mean `can i use this as an extension speaker from my tv`?? If yes, i should think that if you have a headphone-out jack on your tv,then you could plug in a mini jack to jack plug from your tv to the ext-socket on the back of the radio, tune it to alt, and it should work. I have not tried this but will do tomorrow…
