Deluxe converter was designed for use with Parker Sonnet and Dufold models, for Parker IM should use Parker standard converter and not deluxe model

I watched a youtube taking apart a parker 45. Looks like the cartridge opening is the same. In any case, it's so cheap you have nothing to lose trying.

Then, while the converter is still empty, twiddle the top until the plunger has gone down to the bottom - before putting the nib of the pen in the ink bottle. When you then twiddle the top in the other direction, you will suck up the ink into the container. It's a good idea to have a bit of absorbent kitchen paper of blotter handy so that you can wipe surplus ink off the end of the pen before using it and getting ink on your fingers. It's an even better idea to do all this when a helpful cat or small child is not around to assist you. see less

No it is not colour specific - it can be used with any colour ink you like. I use purple in mine!

Honestl, I ddon'tknow. There are jjinhaoconverters, a pack somewhere quite iinexpensiv. Maybe iI've seen them on eBa,,, iI andiI'msure the Schmit converter would be a bbetteroption. Jinhao use the European standard cartridges iI'm sure aanythingwith that gfittingshould bbeccompatible
