It is probably more important to time your carbohydrate consumption around your workout, so you have enough energy to have an intense workout, and so afterwards your muscles can replenish their crucial glycogen stores.

That is a good question! Honestly I have never seen any gluten free sticker on the box, so I don't think so! My advise is first to have a look at the shop on any real protein box for making sure it is gluten free. After that you can buy from Amazon the same product at a better price.

Yes there is a scoop provided. Usually all nutritional products give you a scoop measured to go along with the recommended amount. However depending on your weight/build you wont need to take the full amount. For this product I only really need 3/4 of a scoop (I am 78kg).
