I seem to remember that it said somewhere on the labelling that it was "top shelf dishwasher safe", but really, it's so easy to clean - a quick rinse under the tap and it's done - that I personally don't use the dishwasher.

Aeropress by a long shot. Those one cup brewers are like ink jet printers. The machine is cheap and then you pay out the nose for the cartridges. This also is easier to clean than the tassimo even if you use your own coffee.

It comes with 350 paper filters you don't need a metal one.some sellers sell them instead of the paper ones.you can buy replacement paper ones. For me I like the paper ones because they pop out neatly with all the coffee grounds and go in the bin you can't do that with a metal one
