I found it very simple to install and sending messages totally painless.
We have a fleet of engineers who are on the road all day and getting jobs to them was quite painful before we started using desktop sms. It deserves 5 stars just for the amount of time it now saves us each week. It sits in the background until you need it and it also lets you know if a message was successfully delivered.

One very useful feature is the distribution list. With it, we can now communicate a message to our whole fleet in the amount of time it takes to send a single message.

I would recommend it to anyone who needs to communicate any sort of information to a group of people in a quick, easy and reliable way.
