I've been looking for one of these for years, I'm fed up with cutting away brown lettuce leaves. This knife is well made and cuts easily and I would highly recommend this knife.

I bought this as when you cut lettuce with a metal knife, it tends to be bitter. This solves the problem nicely!

I can't believe I didn't purchase one of these knives long ago! Makes salad look much more presentable after storing for a day or two in the fridge. Very pleased with my buy and at a snip of a price !Zyliss Salad Knife

Brilliant Safe Slicing.

Love this knife and so does my 6 year old granddaughter, who is allowed to use it because you would have to make a determined effort to cut yourself with it. Read more
