I received my Zumba Fitness dvd box set a few days ago and have been addicted to it ever since. The beginners dvd is really good to show you the basic moves which gives you the ability to get to grips with the other workout dvds in the set. I look forward to doing my Zumba workouts and have already done 2 today. It is such great fun. I would recommend it to everyone, it's certainly worth a try.

I don't know why that person gave it one star. I just did the beginners dvd and I didnt get completely out of breath but I definitely felt my blood pumping yet I was smiling the whole way through!
I haven't tried the other dvds yet but if they are as fun as the beginner then I am converted!

I bought the dvd in April 2010, it arrived quickly and I put it on the mantel pieceto do "later". Now that the cellphane has finally come off I am really enjoying it. The first dvd is a beginners instructional programme but well worth doing a few times (in a row if you have the energy) to become accustom to the different steps. After that I tried the power dvd which promised calorie burning and lived up to all my expectations (I had to stand in the garden to stop sweating).
If you want to imagine having a Brazilian carnival in your home-put on one of these dvd's! I liked it so much I've just ordered one for my sister (nobody likes to suffer alone!!)

Excellent video
This series of videos is very good at introducing the various steps in Zumba. I love the fact that it is in Spanish and English. Value for money - a great workout.
