This is pure cocoa, originating from the "force field" of the andes, the pacific ocean and the rain forest. This is the substance I wanted to use for a chocolate with 100 percent cocoa content. A chocolate without any added ingredients and without sugar. Made for purists only and definitely not for prudes.
