This card I have read has many issues that I was unware of until I purchased it. It has a bad glitching problem while gaming in several different games. It doesn't happen in all games but enough to know there is something going on with the card. I spoke with a computer tect at a local store and was told a lot of the tects there who game also had issues with this card. It seems to be limited to the ZOTAC is what I was told.

2.0 out of 5 stars Poor BIOS, Low Voltage, Freezes, etc., sent back to Amazon... 8 Mar 2012

I'd never bought from Zotac before so I took a chance on the old cheap price for this (204.99 for a GTX560ti was a steal last month.) After doing a clean install (wiped old drivers, cleaned the registry, installed new drivers) I set out to test the card on games I frequently play. While BF3 defaulted at higher settings, I had frequent stutters and freezes. Sometimes for more than 3 seconds. These problems also occured in Skyrim. I started finding problems in other games and my benchmarks weren't much better. The card would also frequently shut itself down.

After many emails with Zotac and after trying all of their suggested fixes, they suggested that I try to have the product replaced. The customer service rep didn't try to blame my system (two 12v rails at 38amps, 600W psu, amd athlon II x4, plenty of power available.)

After reading of many similar experiences on Zotac's website, I decided to try to get a refund instead (pending, and I don't see how amazon could not give a refund after I have emails from the manufacturer itself saying I should return the card.)

I believe the main problem with the card is the BIOS, which hasn't been updated since release. All main manufacturers, like MSI, EVGA, and Gigabyte, have done a BIOS update for their 500-series Nvidia cards. Zotac doesn't seem to care.
