This Eclipse edition of the Nedaud and Marcello comic book collects their stories that were originally published in French in Le Journal de Mickey. The softcover edition which I own has 64 pages and contains the following stories: Wanted!, The Assassins, Double Agent, The Scarecrow, Tight as a Noose, The Winds of Rebellion. These stories all involve the characters from the Disney TV series: Don Diego/Zorro, Capitan Monastario, Sergeant Garcia, Don Alejandro de la Vega, Bernardo, as well as a bunch of original characters.
The drawings are in the likelihood of the TV series actor, and are colored in the "Archie" style, with simple yet vivid colors. The writing is simple, but it is perfectly adapted to this media, and I love the fact that these are original stories (not retelling what happened in the TV series) that are told in the pure spirit of adventure, swordplay and comedy.
This book is not too difficult to find on the used market, and is a great addition to anyone interested in Zorro memorabilia and collector items.
