I would personally go for 7 on a PC. Windows 8 is better suited to a tablet or touch screen laptop.

I'm no expert on the internal workings of a PC but this does everything I'd expect a PC to do and I've not had to add anything except a wireless dongle for Wi-Fi so I'm sure the graphics card must be an integral part.

No, but there is enough room to fit a separate card.

No, this is a bare bones PC. That means it has no operating system or software. You are getting decent hardware without spending money on things you may not need. Unless you have installed operating systems and PCI cards (wireless PCI required ) , then I would go for a base unit that is ready to roll.

You would struggle to find 32 bit processor these days unless buying second hand ! It's a 64 bit processor and no operating system installed.
