It's there but haven't had to use it - my first port of call would be to the Amazon as I brought it through them & possibly the Zoostorm helpdesk - I believe their number is "UK Technical Support team on 0844 800 6183"

Yes. The Windows 7 operating system has the usual XP-style SYSTEM RESTORE ability. I have created two shortcuts on my desktop. One to create the restore point (C Panel / System / System Protection / Create), and one to revert to an older restore point (Start / All Programs / Accessories / System Tools / System Restore).

Or perhaps you are wondering if the PC can be reverted back to it's "out-of-box-state". Yes it can as many times as you wish - it has a part of the hard drive specially partitioned where a pristine version of the PC can be rebooted. So, if you ever need to completely revert back to the day you first used it them just start the PC and quickly press F, the choose "repair PC", then choose "Reinstall Windows". It takes about 40 mins and then you see the desktop as it was when you first turned it on (with Windows already activated and the Skype shortcut under the Recycle Bin). If you ever do this don't forget to use Disk Cleanup to delete the older previous 50+ gb of old installation files!

I have use the RESTORE function about 5 times (after tinkering around with new software)- all successfully. In fact I make sure I make a restore every morning just in case :)

As Stuart Hill said, these PCs come with Window's Inbuilt System Restore feature, but they do not (as far as I am aware) have any sort of recovery partition or 'factory reset' that most production PCs (E.G. Dell) come with.
Should push come to shove, either give them a call or contact your local PC repair specialist
