I very much wanted to like this item having suffered from echo problems with an SPA3102 and the echo did go. However, the unit appears to be very unstable, will lock out calls and needs rebooting most days. There is also a problem with the disconnect tones as most guidance is based on the US market and trying to integrate into a BT network is not easy. In the end I had to replace the unit and it is already gathering dust - I guess I used it for 3 - 4 weeks before deciding it was not upto the job - maybe after a firmware update?
