I bought the back wrap for my father who was in lots of pain with a kidney problem, he found it really helped to manage the pain.
It's quite heavy which means it adds some pressure as well as heat.
It heats up easily in the microwave and doesn't smell musty as some of the other wheat bags do.
The straps are long and can easily fit the largest of people if needed and are strong enough to hold it in place anywhere on the torso.
My father has recommended it to several people who are suffering with back problems already!!

Very pleased with the quality, ease of use, speed of delivery and how relaxing/relieving this feels when on. I particularly like the fact I can cook with it on, better if a garment is worn over it and tucked in so it stays secure, as it is a 'weight' on my small frame - other than that small criticism, I am well and truly pleased with this item and would recommend and order others for presents.
