Product Description

Overlord is reborn, and has developed the chilling ability to move from body to body, erasing the host's personality and ultimately killing them, forcing him to hop from victim to victim. He must find Otto, the only host designed to contain him, and for that he needs the location of H.I.V.E. He also plans to take control of a secret US Army facility that is home to the Autonomous Weapon Programme, a computer-controlled system uniquely vulnerable to his control. Nero is forced to activate Zero Hour, a plan designed to deal with any member of G.L.O.V.E. on the brink of true global domination. Nero also knows that Otto must not be allowed to fall into Overlord's hands, and a desperate race across the globe begins. The stage is set for a final battle with Overlord. Little do they know that he has a final weapon in his arsenal, on a scale unlike anything they have ever seen before.

Zero Hour 2 Sep 2010
Format:Paperback
Well I am a big fan of all the H.I.V.E books and was really looking forward to this one. In this book overlord is very close to taking over the world and so Zero Hour is initiated, a plan to eliminate any villain on the brink of global elimination.

This is a very good book and I would highly recommend it to anyone aged 11-16 looking for a good read.

If I was a moron I would write this review in one word - Amazing.
I bought the entire six book series as a package a fortnight ago, relying on the reviews of others - promising me that the series was as fantastic as it was made out to be. By the fact that I'm reviewing the final book within a fortnight - you may understand just how gripping these books are.
In guide to "Zero Hour" independently: I think it's a fantastic ending, and I hope Walden continues to write, either reviving Overlord and continuing the series, or - preferably using the same characters - creating a new series continuing on from the end of "H.I.V.E". - "Zero Hour" is another brilliantly written, and thoroughly gripping story. The unique concept of Villanous Education and aspects such as the "Animus" fluid, and "G.L.O.V.E" do not cease to amaze me.
NOTE: I would advise reading the series from the beginning. Not only as I think they're fantastic books! but because the storyline is a complex one if you are not introduced to the characters from the beginning. The idea of Overlord in particular requires explanation to seem believable and maintain the books realism, so I would urge anyone interested in looking at this series for the first time to see "Higher Institute of Villainous Education" - The First Book.
For those of you who have read the first five, and are sitting on the fence over buying the sixth, please please do - just so I can prove you wrong for doubting it if nothing else! I just hope you enjoy this book - and the series - as much as I did!
Many Thanks - Angus Johnston - 15 years Old

Superb. 6 Mar 2012
Format:Paperback
These books are just getting better and better.

Action packed with adrenaline fuelled set-pieces and witty one-liners the pages continue to turn themselves.

Added into the mix those damn hormones that teenagers have to deal with, and you get an extra spicy dimension to enjoy.

Right up there with other books for young adults including "you know who" (yes, these books are that good) and I can't wait to read the next.
