I received this book today and got started straight away. It's true what they say, zentangles are very addictive - you can't just stop at one, you have to do more. This book explains the basics well so that you can make an immediate start. Really loved my results too. Great book, now looking to buy the others.

I have bought all of these books Five in total. I love Zentangling and these books are clear, inspirational and makes you want to create what initially looks like complicated pieces of art, but is broken down into manageable chunks. I will repeat this review on all five books, because I just love them.

The purpose of the book appears to be to sell more rubber stamps. Stamping aside, the book has some valuable tips for tangling, as well as more step by step samples of patterns. It gets away from the zentangle tiles and moves on to tangling within a shape. When I ignored the stamping part, I found this book to be a good tool. Just seems like stamping and tangling are contradicting concepts. Tangle on!

Purchased this volumn thinking it was the third volumn from Sandy Steen Bartholomew, As I have the other 2 plus her newest small offering called Alpha Tangle.
This book by Susan McNeill, CZT was a book geared for the use of Rubber Stamps! And ....Zentangles! Double the delight!
It is chucked full of eye candy and I am not one bit sorry that it was not from the orginator, but actually inhance the technique.
Now, we have yet another outlet for the tons of rubber and clear stamps most of us crafters own.
Look forward to any and all new addittions to the Art of Zentangle!

I bought all three of the Zentangle books, love them all, and reviewed all of them together in my review of Zentangle Basics.
They do not overlap, though vols. 2 and 3 give you a short 'recap' on the basic technique, so that you do not have to buy all three if you do not want to.
