I was really only looking for a book that would show me how to do body weight exercises, from the basic to the more advanced, and at a good price. It's true that we can find much information these days on the internet, but I find that having a book handy for reference is still unbeatable. I feel content knowing I can take this book with me wherever I go and utilise the exercises anywhere, any place. No need for electricity or internet! I am my own gym.
This book by Zen is exactly what I needed! Not only are the black and white photos pretty much self explanatory but the descriptions are easy to follow. The interval exercises are also easy to follow and I will definitely be utilising them.
I recommend this book for anyone who is stuck in a rut for exercising, having limited funds, time, or just not knowing where to start. I for one have started back exercising and watching what I eat for about a month now and the results are already excellent. I dislike gyms as they get very tedious, I have to travel and of course they cost a lot of money. Any one can get into good shape simply by following the exercises in these books or modifying them as you see fit. But of course it is of utmost importance to mind your nutrition.
All in all this is one of the cheapest books of it's kind available and contains some great information that won't clutter your brain. You can't go wrong here for the price.
