I don't usually write reviews, but I saw that this product didn't have many and it's a shame because it's a great bit of kit.
However, and this is quite important, I will say that it's only a great bit of kit if you have quite complex muscular needs. If you don't, and as previous reviews have stated; it may be a bit too strong and vigorous. I have tried the massager out on family and friends: some of whom have liked it, but some of whom said it hurt and was far too strong. It really does depend on you as an individual, the strength of your muscles, the toughness of your skin, your build and of course; the intensity of your problem.
This is a massager for you if you've had complex muscular problems for years (In my case it was my back). This is a massager for you if you have very deeply rooted muscle problems that affect your everyday life.
This is a massager for you if you have seen countless professionals and have got to the point where you are sick of never-ending visits to physio's and are looking for an alternative that you can try yourself at home. If you have seen professionals about your problem, you probably would have experienced similar pieces of equipment during these visits, which I think is a massive bonus because this massager is £65. The ones at the physio cost hundreds, sometimes thousands. That, in my eyes, makes it cost effective. And If similar massagers have worked for you on the clinicians bed, this may just help you in your own home. It certainly helps me.
Yes its strong, yes it's heavy, but some people need that? It all depends on your requirements. This is the 'industrial' version of massagers, so if that's what you need... then it's perfect!
+ Its probably not the massager for you if you don't tick any of those boxes. It's not for you if you have been for a massage and come out saying the masseuse was to heavy handed and she/he hurt you. This massager is for the people that LOVE those massages. And more importantly; need them.
I honestly couldn't recommend it more. I think it's absolutely brilliant. My issue was with my back but I also use it on my feet and my legs. It's an investment in my eyes and has certainly saved me a few trips to the chiropractor.

This is a great massager for those wanting a deep sports type massage (like my husband) or a firm but slightly gentler one (like me). It is easy to use, has two different heads and you can massage your own back and shoulders with it-although is always much better when someone else does it for you! The only slight downside is that it is a bit noisy. I would recomend this for anyone wanting more than a slight buzzing sensation that you get with the lighter machines. It leaves you feeling like you've had a proper massage.

Zen Lifestyles ET-01 Zen Physio Deep Tissue Massager with Infrared
I have recently found the Zen Physio for sale on Amazon. I have used this product for many years. As a sports therapist i was continually having to massage men who were completely solid. I bought a Zen Physio originally to help soften their muscles and reduce wear and tear on my hands. Many clients have been so impressed with them that they have bought them from me for home use and take to matches or training camps. I have just sold four to a local doctor for colleagues she had given a demonstration to.
They are quite heavy but are a professional machine unlike some on the market which just buzz to little effect. They are two speed and have hard heads which i prefer or these can easily be be changed to soft finger heads for those who prefer a gentle massage. No pressure is required just just slide the massager over the required area.
I have many female clients who complain of cellulite and poor skin tone in the hip and thigh areas. Last year i decided to try the Zen Physio on these problem areas to boost circulation. Results have been really good with many clients buying the massagers as a result.
I would really recommend this product. I have bought many over the years now with none being returned and all clients delighted.

use this product every day,to give deep massage.it does the job although it can be heavy if used for more then five minutes. otherwise very good product to prevent painful muscles
