This is a great guide on living a life of Zen. Really, there is no better way to live and this book touches many aspects to help you get into the right mind frame. it helps deal with depression, and relationships, and it shows you how to set up an environment to better help you with an ongoing feeling of Zen. If you're a beginner, the book explains what it is, how it will help you and how to set up your life to begin this amazing journey into feeling whole and content. Great book.

I love this book. Very practical and straight to the point! This book provides to people some great advices on how to find a good balance in all aspect of you life from improving your relationships with others to paying your bills. I've already started to apply the tips inside the book and my life is definitely changing. Worth a read!

Excellent book on Zen. The concepts are excellent and I find them extremely practical and useful in this busy world. I would recommend to anyone who struggles with stress to pick up this book because this is an excellent book and well worth the read.
Definitely great for beginners!
