I bought this in Decemebr 2012 as a christmas present. The product arrived from Germany very quickly and was well packaged.
As first glance it is a fantastic product - very futuristic and the quality of the HD 3D films is quite high. However, once settled and watching something, you soon notice a blue haze which appears at the top of the inside glass lense. Unfortunately this does not go away and sometimes even moves with whatever you are watching. I was in constant contact with the Cinemizer team who offered many suggestions, including media downloads and they sent me a lens viewer in order to cover the glasses to see if the haze would disappear. To my disappointment, none of the suggestions worked whilst i continued to be a voluntary 'tester' for the product until September this year.
Up to this point the seller and the manufacturer had been aware of the issues with the product and Cinemizer were aware the haze existed with the product and were making every effort to fix it, even before i pruchased it.
Up to September the product still hadn't been fixed so i asked for a full refund although i knew i was out of the seller's standard return policy, the product was within the manufacturing warranty.
I did encounter some problems when i first contacted the seller because i was out of the return period. However, the cinemizer manufacturing team and the seller must have been in discussions because after over a month of going backwards and forwards, i did receive a full refund.
Both the seller and Cinemzer have been great at keeping me in the loop (albeit with a little extra nudging from my end and a few stern emails) and i am obviously very pleased i received a full refund. It is a shame because if the product is fixed and the haze disappears, the glasses will make an excellent gift for anyone.
