Zeikos filters, made from the finest solid optical glass, are ground and polished to the most practical thinness. In addition, they are heat-treated to avoid any distortion or focal shift, and each filter is subject to strict tests in order to ensure a flawless, even surface, which is essential to a quality filter and exceptional photographs.
This Zeikos 46mm filter kit is compatible with Panasonic DMC-FZ38, FZ28, FZ18 digital cameras. Pls switch on your camera before trying to attach the filter.

For the money (£12.99) this set of filters is right on the money. The UV/Skylight filter and Circular Polarizer will see most of the action (the fluoroescent filter less so)and appear to be of perfectly acceptable quality. They work well with my Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ38 and the lens retracts safely with either filter plus lens cap in place. The soft lined case was an unexpected bonus too. For me, they do the job perfectly well so why pay inflated prices for Cokin, Hoya etc?? Not disappointed so far.

The set of three Zeikos filters are fine for the price - they do what they say: the UV cuts UV, the polarizer polarizes and the fluorescent colour conversion filter restores the correct colour to images taken under office lighting.
However, multi-coated they are not. So please change the description.
My background is in optical coating, so I know my stuff. The 8% loss of light transmission due to the uncoated surfaces will not affect my photography so I am happy to use them on the odd occasion I need the CPL or FLD filter.

These are great value. They are made in China not Japan. It states China on the box they come in. However, this is not an issue.
The price you pay for these is amazing. Most retailers charge nearly twice more for a budget UV filter alone. Well worth if you are a amature wating to get a feel of filters.
