I have thrown everything at these boots they are totally waterproof and comfortable. For a full pair of mountain boots they are very light and take no breaking-in. Apart from the light weight the vibram soles are the highlight. I have never had a pair of boots that give such a good grip in all terrain. I am 92kg and the size 14 boots I have are rigid enough for rock walking all day. The one possible problem that people should be aware of is fit. The toe-box on these boots is sized for Italian feet and is narrow compared with say Braysher. You really need to try them on properly and be aware of this before finally committing.

I have to say these are really well made and comfortable from the start.
I have tried a couple of pairs with gore-tex lining, but none have proved reliable in the long run so opted for these as they are fully leather and should be easy to remain watertight.
One thing I will mention though, these will look second hand pretty quickly as they have no protective rand so if you want a pair that remains looking new then these aren't them. I just wanted a hard wearing reliable pair of boots and I think these fit the bill.
I did find them elsewhere for quite a bit cheaper after I made the purchase here so you might want to shop around.

The Vioz GT are really excellent boots. The GT lining makes them waterproof so they are definitely an all weather walking boot. The sole provides plenty of grip whatever the surface and the full leather upper will last for years if well maintained. These boots are worth the money and should be treated like an investment - a good pair of boots like this should be resoled when needed so you needn't buy a new pair as often. My day-to-day shoe size is a 9 so I went for the 9.5 and they fit like a dream with walking socks.
