Excellent service, arrived well within time frame given.
Product does what it says and cuts wind noise when recording outside. I do a lot of music videos and had problems with background noise but this has now been vertually cut with the use of this handy little hat - very satisfied

By far the best wind shield I've ever used and great value for money. Eliminates wind noise completely on all but the windiest of days, and even then the slight buffeting you get is acceptable and can add to the atmosphere of an outdoor recording on the beach etc. I use this product in conjunction with the Rycote suspension system which virtually eliminates all handling noise - I'd thoroughly recommend buying both products. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the fact the windshield seems slightly too big for the H2 and can easily slip down over the recording meters if extreme care isn't taken when tightening it with the velcro adjusting strap. If you take your time to tighten it correctly before starting to record it's fine, it's only a problem when you're in a hurry and need an instant start up. If it was possible to give 4.5 stars that's what I'd have given!
