I must say I was dubious about this buggy as there is little information on it and few reviews [plus its rather cheap]. But being my favourite colour and being cheap I thought I would give it a go as I have bought numerous buggies in the past in my search for a light/easy/attractive/multi-feature dream machine, I have loved many maclarens and was going to go for the chicco light until I stumbled accross the Zeta at half the rrp -- I have been pleasantly surprised.
Delivery took 5 days - all present and correct although the front two wheels are supplied seperately [you would have to be a bit dim to mess up the attachment of these]they just pop into place.
I was expecting a shoddy cheap looking frame but it simply doesnt appear that way and for the life of me I cant see why it isnt way up there in the market. It has a really gorgeous look all over, the seat is deeply padded and my 8 month old is held very securely in place - the buckle is easy to use, big and the kids havent worked out how to un do it yet. The seat fully reclines [5 positions] and this is done quite easily via side handles [would be better if this could be achieved with one hand but not a deal breaker for me]. The cuff of the chair is also adjustable so for babies there is no chance that their feet would be left dangling.
The hood is wonderfull, the extra hood canopy is held in place with a clip and works wonders at keeping the sun and wind off the babies face - there is also a viewing window which I find quite reassuring. There is a pocket on the back canopy of the hood which is great for gloves and dummies!
The front wheels are lockable [which I need at the park] but the buggy pushes like a dream and is quite light at only 9 1/2k.
The rain cover works fine although I prefer the koodi pack it rain cover which I bought seperately. The basket is small but functional.
The handles are really comfortable and the best part for me is that the height of the buggy is 109cm - im 5' 8" and my partner is 6' 4" so this is perfect for me and stops me from stooping/hunching [nothing is ever high enough for him though].
The buggy collapses by pulling up a handle and then releasing a catch - all one handed, locks easily into its folded position and has a side handle to make it easy to carry. It fits in the boot with my dogs perfectly and hardly takes up any space at all. I have also got a buggy board which connects without problem.
All in all I must say that out of 5 years of child minding and 2 children [3 buggies and 2 prams of my own] this is one of the best light weight, high, multi-feature, practical, well thought out pieces of equipment ive had. Highly reccomended.
