I bought this for my motorhome having seen the same product at Roadpro for £127. After e-mailing the supplier (as there is not a lot of information on Amazon site) I felt confident enough to buy. I was told 3 days for depatch and 4 days for delivery and it turned out to be just that. It came with English installation instructions as well as extensive German Instructions. The 240v has a UK domsetic three pin adapter and the 12v is of the cigarette lighter type. I attached it, as instructed, to my Oyster system and tuned on to Astra 2 and after a channel search it came up with all the UK channels, not in the correct order, but which you can easily sort into your favorites. I have not tried the 12v as yet, but from my plug into the 240v I was up and running within 30 minutes. The only thing that prevented 5 stars was that the remote infra red does not work from odd angles. So I have no hesitation in recommending this to Motorhomers.
