Product Description

The Zafu Meditation Cushion was traditionally used in Zen Buddhism to provide ideal support for cross legged positions in particular the Lotus Position, Half Lotus or Burmese meditation. Your Cushion will help maintain posture by keeping the back straight whilst the knees rest on the floor to provide stability, an important factor during prolonged meditation sessions. The Cushions are supplied firm but can be adjusted to suit your own preference by adding or removing some hulls by means of a concealed zipper, also very useful when you need to remove the hulls completely to wash the cover, the cushion also features a carry handle for easy transportation.

Very Comfortable cushion, with a pleasant natural smell of buckwheat.
One caution to make sure the concealed zip is closed fully because the filling is loose inside.

It does exactly what is says on the tin. While trying to experience the present moment, the last thing you need to worry about is pain or discomfort because the foam has sunk or you are at the wrong height. Both of which won't happen as it is not packed with foam and is adjustable. Good for people who spend more time trying to find the path, than walk it. It is stable in prolonged use. Testament to me having a comfy bum.
