All 13 episodes from the second series of the British comedy that starred Arthur Mullard, Queenie Watts (playing characters they'd previously portrayed in the sitcom 'Romany Jones') and Mike Reid in his first acting role. Romanies Wally (Mullard) and Lil (Watts) have had to move from their dilapidated caravan into a council house after their caravan site is redeveloped. However, Wally's layabout brother Benny (Reid) also moves in, constantly taking advantage and conning money out of his hard-working brother. Episodes comprise:

A must for comedy fans , great light viewing with well known supporting actors, the lovely Queenie Watts ' Arther Mullard, played with great deal of fun and laughter, its worth watching the whole series , pity there was only two, There are some hilarious moments , a good trip back to a time when comedy was at its best, completely different from today.
these stars are comedy legends and this dvd is a must , a wonderful series just as funny as first shown.

I enjoyed the first series but in my eyes this second (and final) series is a slight improvement on the first. As Wally & Lill Briggs, Arthur Mullard and Queenie Watts were a great 70s comedy double act, and while the scripts may not have been classic sitcom material, the fun to be had here is through watching the two leads playing off each other to good effect, while Wally's brother, Benny (Mike Reid) seems to be even more of a livewire than in the first series, continuously conning and fleecing his soft touch brother, with Lil desperately trying to control her dopey hubby.

All in all it's a very simple and light-hearted sitcom with good performances - a nostalgic blast-from-the-past, resplendent with dazzlingly garish 70's décor & fashions. Thirteen, 25 minute episodes make up this second series (as opposed to only six in the first) with the picture & sound quality being comparable to the first series release, which was good. There are no extras or subtitles. Hammered by the critics yet very popular with the public at the time, the series began & ended in 1976, so it would appear the critics won!... Not a classic 70s sitcom IMO, but it does have it's moments. 8/10.

I used to watch this when I was younger, but not something you would watch often.
