I bought this for my daughter who likes Ros Asquith's fiction. Not only has she made several of the recipes (and had a giggle while reading it) but my thirteen year old son has made us a lovely dinner!

The recipes are clear and easy - ranging from snacks to proper main meals. Written in a very accessible (and funny) style and with some great cartoons. I'm going to be using it myself.

Highly recommended!

Great 6 May 2012
By Beth
Format:Paperback
I'm a teenager, and I had a phase where I just really wanted to cook. I bought this, as it was cheap and looked like a decent, easy cookbook! The recipies are great, it starts off with very easy ones such as fried eggs, but there are some great recipies for meals, desserts and baking! Some wording is perhaps a little unclear but an all over good book!
