5.0 out of 5 stars ideal book for coaching passing and movement 2 Jan 2000
Format:Paperback
this is a must have book for any coach, who is dealing with players from 12 to adult.the book has a good mix of diagrams pictures and text, which helps for easier reading and refferance.similar to the club that the author works for, it concentrates more on the attacking side of the game then defensive elements.the main strength of the book is explaining movement on and off the ball, better then any other book that i have previosly seen. . if you dont buy another book this year you must get this.

5.0 out of 5 stars Hammers On 'Good Form' 5 Feb 2005
Format:Paperback
There is no doubt that West Ham's youth policy has produced quality players in the recent past. Rio Ferdinand, Joe Cole, Bywater, and Carrick to name but a few. Looking at this book it is easy to see how they have developed such talented players. I work in an Academy environment overseas and have found this book invaluable in planning sessions, in particular for passing and moving sessions.
If any coach is working with technically talented players then this book will prove invalauble at developing them tactically too.
