Finance Book 17 Mar 2011
By Mr. S. C. Warburton VINE™ VOICE
Format:Paperback|Amazon Verified Purchase
Having studied finance stuff as one of my management courses a few years ago, I wanted an up to date idiots guide on finance. My searches showed that there were many books available. My three criteria were that the book had to be recent so that it contained the latest finance information, it had to be reasonably priced and -very importantly - I could understand it! The Teach Yourself Finance Book for non-financial managers hit all three targets. It is excellent.

I am a CA. I bought this book to help me with research into developing training courses for non-finance managers. It is a terrible book. The English language usage is appalling, the book's construction is confused and the materials are extremely out of date. I am amazed the publishers published the book in the first place and am even more amazed it's now in its fifth edition.
