About the Author
Keith Nelson is CEO of Your Total Coach, a business he set up 10 years ago. Keith is also a highly experienced coach, providing executive coaching for directors and senior managers from the public, private and voluntary sectors. He developed and designed the programme for the Certificate in Coaching at Cambridge University which he is course director for and coaches the managers in the Luminus Group. He is based in Peterborough.

In 50 quick chapters Keith covers a wide range of topics from basic coaching ideas to advanced psychological techniques. This is a great book for dipping into for ideas and may lead you to wanting to find out more about some subjects.If you follow the ideas in this book you will be a better a coach.
