Or...divorce made easy!,

This review is from: Do Your Own Divorce: A Practical Guide to Divorcing without a Lawyer (Paperback)
This book will save you a fortune! Unlike some books of this type, this one really does tell you how to do it yourself. Starting with the premise that we're not stupid but may be oblivious of legal systems, it cuts through the inevitable emotion and the dreaded legalese to lead you through the divorce process in simple steps explained in plain English.
I particularly liked the clarity of the flow charts which show you exactly how to move from one phase to the next and the example documents including a completed divorce petition submitted in the faintly familiar Casterbridge Count Court. The glossary and the useful website section help you to investigate particular issues like childcare in more depth by pointing you towards the relevant authorities. John Bolch brings years of experience together to help the ordinary man or woman through a difficult time with the minimum of fuss and expense. Look here first!

Good informative book. Easy to read and helps through the quagmire of the forms of the British judicial system. You can use it to do your own divorce or to help you understand the stages as you go through the process with a lawyer. Invaluable in either process. An empowering tool.Do Your Own Divorce: A Practical Guide to Divorcing without a Lawyer

Essential reading. I found the language exceptionally clear and liked the flow charts very much. A must read even if you are using a lawyer.
