This book and the other two titles by the same author is transforming my body and soul into what it was meant to be before my gradual addiction to sugars and refined carbohydrates has led me into continuous stagnation, vagueness of memory and depressive moods.

If you have been looking for an ultimate way to organize your life and eating habits , you will profit from reading this book. It's written in a simple and clear manner so you can read it quickly and before you know you will be doing this programme.

Many thanks to the genuine efforts of the author to help people with sugar addiction.

When I read this book, everything finally fell into place. I knew sugar wasn't good for me, I knew I gained weight easier than others did. Had studied the subject for decades, did Atkins and felt great at first, but it never lasted more than a few weeks. Kathleen desMaisons has given me all the missing pieces of the jigsaw. It's a great book, with all the information I needed to finally find radiance and heal that sugar sensitivity that made my life such a mess.
The science in this book is being served in an easy to read format and combined with the on line support in different groups - everyone can find the place they fit in best - this is indeed finally a simple solution to all the problems that are linked to a sensitivity to sugar!
And no, I haven't got any financial interest in the book, I only hope thousands of other people who, like me, have been suffering all their life, will get it and find the same radiance that I (and many others) already found!
