Will Young seems to go from strength to strength. Not only has he now produced 2 Multi-Platinum albums, in the shape of 'From Now On' and 'Friday's Child', but he also has a triple platinum single 'Evergreen/Anything Is Possible', 3 Gold singles for Light My Fire, Long & Winding Road & Leave Right Now as well as the silver single You & I/Don't Let Me Down. But it is this new single that is proving to be one of the most talked about tracks for a long time, and it certainly has the potential to go Platinum!
Your Game is a track which blends the mellow tones of Pop with the down right Funky Soul melodies. The combination when mixed with Will's voice is just simply breath taking! The backing and the infectious soul vibe to the song will leave you wondering why you have been singing this tune for the rest of the day. In terms of vocal performance on this track, Will is probably at his acclaimed best. With deep growls, strong forcetto, the backing of a gospel choir and his superbly original tone, Will has delivered a piece of music which could quite easily do similar things to his music career as Faith did to George Michael, Stars did for Simply Red and as Millenium did for Robbie Williams, just as Leave Right Now has had a similar simillar effect to Angels, Holding Back The Tears and Careless Whisper
The bonus tracks on this cd include the superb acoustic style track "Take Control" which is based with a piano and a cello recorded in one take at a recording session in Dublin late last year. This is a track that could so easily have been on the album and is a superb B-Side.
The other track is a track recorded Will recorded in America called "Down" This track is another great piece of upbeat soul which will delivers with that great vigour that we have come to expect.
To finish this excellent package off the superbly produced Your Game video, based very much on Moulin Rouge and filmed in Australia in January this year, is included to finish off the cd which looks set to become one of the biggest hits of the year so far.

This song is incredible - a really funky, soul/pop tune that just builds and builds. Will's voice is on top form, and sounds fantastic with the gospel choir. He's really breaking the mould here, there's nothing else even remotely like this in the charts at the moment. This is Will's best release yet - don't miss it!

'Your Game' taken from the million seller Friday's Child, is a fresh, powerful and up-bit pop-soul-gospelly song. The B-sides are 'Take Control' (recorded live in Dublin, just Will, a piano and a cello - inspired by a real story - a very emotional song) and 'Down' (written in the US - a soul song).
The brilliant video, using the full album version and - what can I say - the best video I seen in many a year (inspired by 'Moulin Rouge') is also included.
A must buy.
