I bought this along with "Father of the Bride: Speech and Duties" as a gift for each of my parents. I was pleased with the book for my Dad but was disappointed with this book as it was so small and very limited in advice. I'm also very soppy and wanted to write something in the front cover for my Mum but there's only enough room for Dear Mum, Love Bride. As another reviewer said, it was just full of common sense with no insight into how to help your daughter prepare for her big day.

This book is a great little novelty gift for my mum. Its only a mini book so its not got great detail (like the other bigger bookes of this series) but it has one paragraph per page and gets to the point about the various parts the mum can be involved in her daughters wedding.

Don`t waste your money, this tiny book can be read in a few minutes and is really not worth the effort.
